1. Orders & Payments

• We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure payment methods.

• Orders process after full payment—no COD or personal checks.

• Sales tax applied per local/state laws.

2. Build Fee & Benefits

• $200 build fee applies to new e-bike sales for professional assembly.

• Perks:

  • 15% off labor & parts for 2 years.

  • Free labor for warranty repairs.

3. In-Store Pickup

• Pickup only—no shipping or delivery.

• Orders must be picked up within 6 days (after that, $5/day storage fee).

• Bring a valid ID & order confirmation for pickup.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• 10% restocking fee on all returns.

• Items must be unused & unmodified for a return.

• Non-returnable items:

  • Custom/special orders

  • Used, installed, or modified parts

5. Warranty & Repairs

• Warranty covers manufacturer defects (not misuse, accidents, or modifications).

• Build Fee covers labor for warranty repairs.

• Outside purchases will incur labor & parts charges.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

• Free cancellations within 24 hours. After that, a 15% fee applies.

• Custom orders & builds are non-cancelable once work starts.

7. Liability & Modifications

• Modifying the battery, motor, or frame voids the warranty.

• Accident-related frame damage is not covered—file an insurance claim.

8. Cold Weather Battery Care

• Keep your battery indoors if below 32°F to avoid damage.

• Cold damage is not covered under warranty.

9. Scooter Policy

• We do not service electric scooters—bikes & e-bikes only.
